False traffic of any kind is not allowed. Autosurfers, iframes, bots, proxys, autohits services, traffic exchange. Any User using such a false traffic system will be banned and no refund will be granted.

PopWin will not accept any website that could harm or have content that is not appropriate for general visitors. The following site types are examples of denied sites:
a. Sites that contain or link to any form of illegal activity.
B. Locations containing shock gore such as prolapse, bestiality, eschatological content such as urine or faeces, discriminatory comments or any depiction of a minor in an adult or sexual situation.
C. Sites containing child pornography.
D. Sites with free displays of violence, obscene or vulgar language, and abusive content or content that threatens physical harm.
E. Sites that promote any type of hate propaganda (ie racial, political, ethnic, religious, gender-based, sexuality or personal, etc.).
F. Sites that participate or transmit spam using any kind of online possibilities.
H. Sites that promote any type of illegal substance or activity or sites with illegal, false or misleading investment advice and opportunities to make money.
Sites with any type of content that a reasonable public consensus deems inappropriate or inappropriate.

Any site that uses any kind of false traffic to generate income will be deleted and the revenue for that account will be withdrawn.
Adverts
1. Page ad can not contain any other popup / popunder or page block. Any ad can not contain any kind of content as it is in the sites section.
2. The Ad Page should not contain scripts that change users' browser settings.
3. Your ad page should not contain any frame breaking codes.
4. Your Ad Page should not contain any self-downloads, without user action.
5. Your Ad Page should not contain multiple alert boxes.
6. Your advertisement page should not contain alert boxes for so long that the close buttons can not be seen.
7. If, after approval, the ad page changes and breaks these terms, we will block your campaign and account. In this case, you will not be entitled to a refund. If the ad page changes, we IMMEDIATELY require notification of those changes via email or ticket system.
By depositing funds into PopWin, you agree that if any malware / exploits / hijacks / viruses is detected on any of the Google Advertising pages, your account will be disabled and you will not be entitled to a refund. The same rule applies if we detect multiple accounts banned for this reason. An advertiser will be entitled to a refund if they receive multiple fraudulent impressions from one publisher. To receive the funds, you must send the proofs to office@popwin.net with the message "Fraudulent Proof". Funds will be returned to the advertiser balance as soon as the evidence is considered legitimate by a PopWin representative. A small amount will be taken from the refunded amount for the ad delivery fee.
Editor's Requirement
As the publisher of PopWin, you are required to only provide convertible traffic to our advertisers. In case you have sent fraudulent traffic or non-traffic conversion you have the duty to announce your manager after this has been sent. Neglecting this rule will end with an account termination. Any funds obtained with fraudulent traffic will be returned to the advertiser's balance.
Stats:
All campaigns in PopWin are served, tracked and reported by PopWin. For campaigns involving third-party tracking / services, accounting may be beyond PopWin's control.
Bonus:
All bonuses won can not be taken off the platform. Bonuses are the last amount used in your account.
Fees:
All advertising fees are subject to change at any time.
Representations and Warranties:
You hereby indemnify and hold Sevio Solutions SRL and the Publishers (including their successors, directors, officers, employees, agents, assigns) harmless from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses of any nature 'reasonable fees) in connection with the advertisement URL and its linked sites for any actual or alleged breach of any term of this Agreement.
Damage:
Under no circumstances will either party be liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of use or loss of profits arising out of or in connection with the provision of services.
Limitation of Liability:
Nem Sevio Solutions SRL. Neither participating sites nor any of the participating sites will be liable for: (a) any failure to provide reference or access to all or part of the Advertising URL due to system failures or other technological failures of Sevio Solutions SRL or the Internet; (B) delays in delivery and / or non-delivery of a campaign, including, without limitation, difficulties with an Editor or Website, difficulties with a third party server or electronic malfunction; And (c) errors in the content or omissions in any advertisement URL provided by Customer.
Modifications:
Sevio Solutions SRL reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice. You are responsible for complying with any changes to the terms and conditions within 2 days of the date of the change and are required to read this page periodically.
Cancellation and
Refund Policy : The Advertiser may stop the campaign at any time, and the remaining unused funds will be transferred to the platform's wallet. The customer can request payment at any time within 6 months and receive it in the same electronic wallet from where the funds were deposited. Any bonuses received will be withdrawn if they remain unused when a refund is requested. Advertiser funds will be removed and not refundable after 6 months of inactivity. However, if the advertiser becomes active, they will be entitled to use the advertising funds on the Popwin Advertising Network.
